Please apply only if you are currently NOT in a permanent, full-time position and:

• have recently applied for EI and pending approval
• are currently in receipt of EI
• had an EI claim end in the last three years
• had a parental/maternity EI Claim start in the last five years

By completing this registration form you are giving the BEC permission to:

1. exchange the information provided with the Government of Canada
   to verify your eligibility for the WSA program.
2. forward your resume to prospective employers who are looking
   to hire an eligible individual under the WSA program.
